How does an online course work?

We help you through the entire course process and are ready if you have any questions.

HERE'S HOW YOU DO IT

1. Buy your online course on the webshop.

2. On the same day, you will receive an e-mail with the course video, which you must download and save on your computer.

3. 1-3 working days later you will receive a package with your course material and the written theory material.

4. The video follows you step-by-step through the treatment you have to learn and how to get your diploma.

5. Throughout the course, we are available if you have any questions about a treatment or a product.

6. You send your submissions to us, get feedback and they are approved by an experienced practitioner.

7. Your diploma will be sent to you free of charge in a nice frame (this is always included in the price).

Delivery & pick-up

Delivery

Orders over DKK 599 and get free shipping throughout Denmark. We offer shipping with DAO or GLS to the parcel shop. There is tracking on all orders, so you know exactly where your package is. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days.

We also ship to Sweden via DAO and DHL.

If you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact us. We are happy to assist in the investigation of your missing package so that we can find a solution as soon as possible.

Pickup

It is possible to pick up products free of charge in Espergærde (approx. 8 min. walk from Espergærde Station). Contact us via e-mail, Instagram or SMS to reserve your products and arrange a collection time.
You can use the discount code "PICKUP" to save on shipping.

Payment

LYXOshop accepts payment by payment card, MobilePay, and ViaBill.

With ViaBill, you can divide your payments into smaller parts over several months.

Right of withdrawal, return and complaint

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, the amount will be sent back in the same way it was used to buy the product.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Return costs are your own responsibility.

Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 30 days after the cancellation.

The notice must be given by mail at info@lyxo.dk. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Remember to add your full name and order #.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

We only collect personal data in cases where this would be relevant for us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant for your activity at LYXO Denmark.

Information we collect

If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services. We can use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket while you use our webshop.

We can obtain information such as name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different from postal address), telephone number and payment details.

Treatment basis and purpose

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.

When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement. When making payments, some of your data will be passed on to PensoPay, Shopify, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 2 years after you have received your item or service.


Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

We have our website at Shopify.com and payment system through PensoPay and Shopify, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in Shopify.com's data centers.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.


Your rights

As the registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure fulfillment of at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
• To access and correct/change your personal data
• To have personal data deleted

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

How long do eyelash extensions last?

Eyelash extensions last for about 4-6 weeks and you should get refills every 2-3 weeks.

How long your eyelash extensions last depends on several factors:

  • Your natural lash cycle: Each lash has its own life cycle of approximately 6–8 weeks. When a natural lash falls out, the extension falls out with it. This means that some lashes can last for several weeks, while others fall out more quickly.
  • Your care routine: The better you take care of your extensions, the longer they will last.
    Avoid oily makeup removers, creams or mascara as oil can dissolve the glue.
    Avoid rubbing or pulling on the lashes.
    Brush your lashes lightly with a lash brush daily to keep them neat and separated.
    Clean them gently with an oil-free lash shampoo to avoid dirt and bacteria.
  • Environment: Things like a lot of swimming, steam baths, saunas or frequent exercise with sweat can shorten the durability as moisture and heat can affect the adhesive.

How do you remove eyelash extensions?

For the most gentle and safe results, we always recommend professional removal of eyelash extensions – but our Removal Kit is a safe alternative if you want to do it yourself at home.

It is always recommended to have eyelash extensions removed by a professional lash technician so that your own lashes are protected as best as possible.

  • Professional removal: A trained technician uses a special remover that dissolves the glue without damaging your natural lashes.
  • Avoid plucking or tearing your lashes yourself, as this can break or pull out your own lashes.

If you don't have the opportunity to come to a salon, you have an alternative:

  1. Our Eyelash Extensions Removal Kit : We offer a special kit. The kit contains a gentle remover and accessories so you can remove your extensions more easily and effectively, without damaging your own lashes.

How do you wash your eyelash extensions with lash shampoo?

Wash your extensions 2–3 times a week , and more often if you wear makeup or are very physically active.

To keep your eyelash extensions clean, healthy and beautiful, it is important to wash them regularly with a lash shampoo . This removes dirt, makeup residue and oil, which can otherwise dissolve the glue or cause irritation.

How to do it:

  1. Lightly moisten the lashes with lukewarm water.
  2. Apply a small amount of lash shampoo to a cleansing brush or fingertip.
  3. Gently cleanse the lashes by moving the brush in soft, circular motions along the lash line – without rubbing hard.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove all shampoo.
  5. Pat the lashes dry with a soft, clean cloth or tissue – avoid rubbing.
  6. Comb through the lashes with an eyelash brush when they are completely dry, so they lie neatly and separated.

What should I do before getting eyelash extensions?

Come without eye makeup, cream or oil products around the eyes.

Avoid caffeine just before, as it can make it harder to lie still.

What should I avoid after the treatment?

The first 24 hours: no water, steam, sauna or exercise.

Avoid rubbing your eyes or sleeping with your face down on the pillow.

Can I use mascara on eyelash extensions?

This is not recommended as it can clump and make it difficult to clean.

Can I go to the sauna or swim?

Yes, but very frequent heat, steam and chlorinated water can shorten the shelf life.

Are eyelash extensions harmful to my own lashes?

No, not if they are installed correctly by a trained technician and you take good care of them.

Hvad er forskellen på single lashes og volume lashes?

Single lashes: Én extension sættes på hver naturlig vippe. Giver en mascara-lignende effekt.

Volume lashes: Flere tynde extensions sættes i en lille vifte på hver naturlig vippe. Giver et tættere og mere fyldigt look.

Hvad er hybrid/mix lashes?

Hybrid lashes er en kombination to typer af eyelash extensions, f.eks. af single og volume lashes. Halvdelen er single, halvdelen er volume. Resultatet kan være naturligt, men kan tilpasses til at se mere dramatisk ud.

Hjælp! Mine vipper falder hurtigt af.

Vipper kan løsne sig hurtigt, hvis de udsættes for vand, damp eller olie inden for de første 24 timer.

Det kan også skyldes, at limen ikke har hæftet ordentligt, fx hvis vipperne ikke var helt rene, da eyelash extensions blev påsæt.

Det gør ondt, når jeg blinker.

Extensions kan være for tunge eller sat for tæt på øjenlåget, eller hvis vipperne er limet sammen, kan de trække i hinanden.

Hvordan ved jeg, om jeg er allergisk over for limen til eyelash extensions?

Symptomer: røde, kløende, hævede øjenlåg, rindende øjne eller udslæt.

Mine øjne er røde efter påsætning – er det normalt?

Ja, hvis øjnene har været lidt åbne under behandlingen, kan limdamp irritere.
Svien og rødme kan vare 1–2 dage. Brug fugtgivende øjendråber.

Sig altid til under behandlingen, hvis det svier, så din stylist kan justere tapen.

Kan jeg bruge makeup når jeg har eyelash extensions?

Kan jeg bruge mascara på eyelash extensions?
Det anbefales ikke, da det forkorter holdbarheden og gør det svært at rense vipperne. Mascara kan også forhindre ny lim i at hæfte ved opfyldning.

Kan jeg bruge eyeliner?
Ja, men vælg en oliefri formel, og rens forsigtigt.

Kan jeg bruge øjenskygge?
Ja, men rens grundigt bagefter, så der ikke sidder rester ved vippekanten.

Hvorfor må man ikke bruge olieprodukter?
Olie lægger sig som en film om limen og opløser den, hvilket gør at vipperne falder hurtigere af.

Hvad er et lash lift?

En behandling, hvor dine egne vipper løftes og bøjes fra roden med permanente væsker. Giver et åbent og defineret blik uden extensions.
